Definitions

• “Fraud Guard,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the Fraud Guard platform and its operators.
• “User,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual or business accessing or using the service.
• “Service” refers to the fraud-checking functionality provided through Fraud Guard.

Eligibility

Fraud Guard is intended for business owners, merchants, and sellers involved in e-commerce or shipping operations.

By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Service Description

Fraud Guard provides a courier fraud-checking service that retrieves and displays fraud-related signals from third-party courier services, including:

• Pathao
• RedX
• SteadFast

Fraud Guard does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or real-time availability of data provided by these services. The Service is intended to assist decision-making and should not replace professional judgment.

Free Usage & Account Access

• Users may perform up to 10 free fraud checks without logging in.
• After the free limit, users must log in using a valid email and phone number.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

We reserve the right to modify free usage limits or suspend access in case of misuse or abuse.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Submit data without proper authorization
• Harass, defraud, or harm others using the Service
• Circumvent usage limits or security measures

Data Ownership & Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to submit phone numbers or other data for fraud checks. Fraud Guard does not claim ownership over user-submitted data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Fraud Guard is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fraud Guard and Biponix shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the Service or reliance on fraud-check data.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and features are the intellectual property of Fraud Guard and Biponix. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
